Returns

2. Non-returnable items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., sweets, food products), custom-made or personalized items, and items on sale.

   • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item.
   • Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

1. Eligibility: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Your Refunds will be initiated within three days.
3. Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Partial Refunds: Only partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
5. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
