At Rashmi Sweets, we understand that freshness is an important part of the experience. We therefore make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch orders efficiently and deliver them through our applicable delivery partners.
1Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges are simple:

2Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, order volume and the delivery partner assigned to the order.
For festive occasions, weekends, public holidays and periods of exceptionally high demand, delivery may take longer than usual.
Where a specific delivery slot or date is offered at checkout, the same will be subject to availability.
3Delivery Partners
Orders may be delivered through third-party delivery partners. Once an order has been handed over to the delivery partner, the delivery process is subject to the applicable policies, operating procedures and service limitations of the respective delivery partner.
Delivery delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, technical issues, route restrictions, force majeure events or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Rashmi Sweets will not be considered a failure to fulfil the order.
4Delivery Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active contact number.
If the delivery partner is unable to deliver the order because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, inaccessible location or inability to contact the customer, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply depending on the circumstances and delivery partner's policy.
5Receiving Your Order
Customers are requested to inspect the package at the time of delivery and contact Rashmi Sweets promptly if there is any apparent issue with the order.
Since our products are perishable food items, customers should store and consume them according to the instructions provided.
