Cancellation by Customer
- How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at sales@rashmisweets.com. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Refunds for Cancellations:
- If you cancel your order within the allowed time frame, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment.
- If the cancellation request is received after the allowed time frame and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to provide a full refund. In such cases, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further instructions.
Cancellation by Rashmi Sweets
- Order Unavailability: Rashmi Sweets reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues identified by our fraud detection department.
- Notification: If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund to your original method of payment.
- Refund Processing: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

- Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our products, once an order for perishable goods has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
Changes to Orders

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
- Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred due to modifications will be communicated to you and must be paid before the order is dispatched.
